I never believed the theory that Gwynevere and the Queen of Lothric were the same person. It's all based on a single item description that only states that the Queen was also revered as a goddess of fertility (which is like, the most general and basic thing to be revered as when you're a goddess). In my opinion, the description of "Projected Heal" from Ringed City denies this at all.
"A miracle discovered in the last days of Lothric. [...] Even those who had forgotten the caress and bounty of the Princess of Sunlight did their best to recall her image. The stories spun about her were most certainly childish, and yet gravely sincere."
If they were the same person they wouldn't mention her as "Princess of Sunlight", but as Queen of Lothric since it was discovered on the last days of the kingdom. Besides, I don't think they would have difficulty to remember someone who gone missing not that long ago (even tho I admit the passing of time in this universe can be really confusing).
Particularly I have the headcanon that Rosaria is actually the Queen and she is a descendant of Gwynevere.

EN text does she is Gwynevere but the JP text is pretty clear that they're only comparing the two women, but I agree with your Projected Heal writeup too.
Rosaria being a descendant of Gwynevere could be a thing but her lore 100% confirms that she's not the Queen of Lothric;
"It is said that Rosaria, the mother of rebirth, was robbed of her tongue by her firstborn, and has been waiting for their return ever since."
The Queen's firstborn would be Lorian (or Gertrude since she's rumored to be the Queen's child too), and the lore for these characters and the Lothric royal family overall doesn't match up at all.

Couldn't Filianore fill in the Middle Princess? It's already canon that she's one of Gwyn's children.

It's a lore theory gag so Filianore has no place here.

I never really internalized that Rosaria actually has sticky white stuff all over her hair

I haven't started trying to piece together the 3 lore now, but the queen of Lothric is a biiig mystery.ย
Most people like to think it is Gwynevere though.

The ENG Divine Blessing text literally states the Queen is Gwynevere so it's a given it ended up as a popular lore thread, however it's a mistranslation and the original JP text only compares the two. Personally I don't think the Queen is anyone we would know of....

I have the german version of the game and there isn't stated anywhere that Gwynevere is the Queen of Lothric. I have to look at the item description again though, maybe I misremembered.ย

It's easy to miss since they're not using her actual name but instead her fertility/bounty goddess status, but if german text also only compares them I guess they actually used the JP text as source instead of the ENG text (which is common for a lot of euro translations)

I looked at the german translation. It pretty much states that it was blessed by the Queen of Lothric. So Gwynevere as Queen of Lothric seems pretty much stated in german translation.

The Gwynevere 'confirmation' I was referring to is the "[TQOL] was initially revered as a goddess of fertility and bounty"-part not that she blessed the item. (Just like how Holy Water is something any saintly enough person can make happen, I really doubt Gwynevere is the only one able to bless Divine Blessings.)
Here's original and literal translation for good measure:
ใญในใชใใฏใฎ็ๅฆใ็ฅ็ฆใใใจใใใ่ๆฐดใ
ๅฝผๅฅณใฏๅ
็ใชในใญใจในใฎๅฆปใงใใ่ฑ็ฉฃใจๆตใฟใฎๅฅณ็ฅใซใใไพใใใใใๆซๅญใชใปใญใใใ็ฃใใ ๅพใๅงฟใๆถใใใจใใใ
Holy water that was blessed by the Queen of Lothric.
She was the wife of the former king Oceiros and was even compared to the goddess of abundant harvest blessings [fertility], but it is said that she disappeared* after giving birth to her youngest child Ocelot.
*I've heard that the word used here is more along the lines of making a choice and leaving instead of her mysteriously going missing or whatnot but don't quote me on that

Oh well, I can understand that she doesn't want to be with a man anymore who got completely crazy, turned himself into Seath and tries to form his infant son into his liking.ย
But that is interesting... It certainly reads otherwise.

Rosaria is one of the handmaidens mutated by Seathe. He got bored with octopussy Pisaca, so he decided to branch off even more into Bloodborne with a weird maggot girl.ย
This is symbolized by Leonhard who kills her and kidnaps her soul wielding the moonlight sickle. The moonlight is associated with Seathe, and a sickle is a farm implement used for harvest like how the Channelers "harvested" maidens.ย
