(Sorry for awkward big collage, but I want it all in one place on DA)Since the Glass Canopy stage is shaping up nicely I thought I'd post the concept drawings I did for some of the background NPCs! There was of course more people contributing but quite a few of mine got added so I've had a real good time spotting them in-game.
I mainly drew all of Parasoul's crew cameos just to indulge my fangirl self but Alex liked the idea so they got to attend too! For the other characters the keyword was p much just "people in fancy dresses" so I tried to make somewhat varied outfits to make them match all the future most-likely-very-colorful IGG NPCs.
Oh yeah there's a couple animals on the bottom meant for Under The Bridge, pretty sure the cats can be seen in one of it's cycles!

I don't really understand the Boy Fortune one though.

Boy fortune was a genderbend someone drew in the Whiteboard Wednesday updates, he looks like a true "bocchan" to me so I figure he'd fit in a fancy looking place!

These are so cool! All of the dresses are very pretty~
My personal favorites are Adam with Umbrella and Panzerfaust with the Champagne Girl.
