i like the traditional one because it has a more rustic look. can't see rioichi's face much in the
digital although the pic is still cool.

I love your art, and I really really like Rioichi cooper, and like hellolrina I hope I reeeeeaaaaalllyyy can pick both! because I would pick the digital, but I like the water and clothing on this!!! SO HARD TO PICK!!!

i LOVE the contrast between the colors on rioichi's uniform and the moon. it reminds me of the pictures of jack and sally. sweet memories. the sakura tree was such a beautiful touch. again, wonderful artwork. though, next time i'd suggest darkening the shadows under the hood to add a bit of mystery to rioichi's identity. truly a stunning piece. the moon totally pulls everything together. also, next time maybe instead of having him just stand there, then you could have him crouching or standing on some pointed object. otherwise, this piece is perfection

Ahah well, I tried to make the darkest shadows possible already, but yeah, I know it's maybe not dark enough for Rioichi's face. =3

anytime! i like to point out some minor alterations to an already amazing piece, and let the artist reflect on the idea. if it's later added and turns out even better, then it's always worth the time taken to comment. plus, i'm sure you love getting comments just as much as i do. ^.^ and i LOVE getting comments and little hints of advice. still working on that scanner. -shrugs- who knew finding a chord to connect to a laptop from a scanner would be so hard to find? anyways, looking forward to lots more deviantwatch notices from your page! i'll make sure to check them out and comment. possibly favorite the best ones. >.> though, it's really hard to tell the best ones from the not so best ones cause all your art is so epic
