First off, I love Pein and Konan's expressions, they're so calm, yet I can see strong feelings for one another on both of their faces. You've got the shadowing down preatty good, I only recommend that you make the shading more noticable in both of their Akatsuki outfits. You were successful with the rain, and I can tell that you put a lot of effort into this drawing! But, I noticed on you profile page that you wanted this recommended for a DD. To get a DD, your work has to be original or if not, it has to be waaaay awesome (a whole lot better than I can do). This is really a beautiful picture, but if you want a DD, you need to add a whole lot of detail. I wouldn't worry about that though, because this is already awesome, you did an excellent job on it!

The fact that I don't have a subcription doesn't mean I'm not any good of an artist and can't give you any advice that would help your art. Someone of us can't have a subcrition, or can't afford it. We're talented people on here. Subcriptions are just extra features and really have nothing to do with art. I don't need to pay DA to be a good artist or to give artistic advice. There are things you could improve on with this piece and your last piece.
*sigh* Just needed to get that rant out, it's been bugging me since I posted my first comment.

That sounds extremely selfish. If you want people to look at your art seek the advice of people who actually know what they're talking about and can give you advice to how to improve so your art actually looks better the next time around. Subcriptions mean nothing but you have extra money for fancy features. Subcriptions aren;t going to get you reconized. -_-

Improving doesn't mean it's bad, I never ment to say it that way and I'm sorry if it came across that way.
And what I mean by selfish, is publicity to and extend of subcribers that can get your art attention, but not really caring what they think? I dunno, bad discription. You probably do. I can't get out what I feel like I want to say by being nice about it. Sorry about that. >>;

Um...I see not why critique should be valued more by those with subscriptions than those without. I have seen many amazing artists who wish not to pay into deviantArt for the various perks such as as Journal CSS, writing and asking for critiques, as well as artists who are lesser in ability that have subscriptions.

Um, you know, someone who could give you tips on the painting aspect of your art or something. A more renown artist, perhaps? I dunno, you tell me what you meant by it? XD

the kind of critique that i would like is where someone with a subscription critisizes it and rates it etc. when you get that kind of critique it gets the picture more views :3

Thanks. I glad someone else sees the problem in that. I know her personally too, that's the sad thing.
