had a birthday. Back in March. I promised her a card and...well...here it is!
*cough* in September... *cough* Anyway, what we have here is a simple 3x5 index card featuring a chibified Dr. Watson as portrayed by Jude Law in the 2009 Sherlock Holmes flick, which I love to death.
I kept forgetting that I had scanned this and therefore kept forgetting to post it! Keep in mind that I primarily draw dragons, not people, but ~silverelf448 is my super-awesome sib, so I pretty much draw whatever I know she likes and/or whatever she asks for gift- and present-wise, even if I'm not good at it.
Technical stuff: pencil sketch inked onto a standard 3"x5" index card; colored with a mix of Derwent Studio and Crayola colored pencils; snazzy border-thing added in Photoshop.
Dr. Watson character © Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Jude Law, whoever made the movie, etc. etc.
