(No, the girl featured in this drawing is not Saki Sanobashi; I'm pretty sure 'Sanobashi' isn't actually a surname)I tried to go for an 80s anime aesthetic with this piece, seeing as Go For a Punch (AKA Saki Sanobashi) is a supposedly lost anime from the 80s. It's got an interesting premise--a group of girls are locked in a room, discuss the possibility that they'll never escape, and all end up killing each other.

Perhaps. The US also has a lot of silent movies lost because Hollywood directors didn't preserve them correctly.

Oh, I heard a lot about that lost anime on Youtube. I also remember some lost media (I think you can classify it as such since the Travel Channel/Discovery Channel basically doesn't air it anymore and there only like a few episodes of it).
The show was a paranormal ghost documentary from 2001 to 2005 and it was called Haunted Hotels or America's Haunted Hotels. There are about thirteen episodes in all and I remember catching brief glances of it when Halloween rolled around in the early 00s. I also remember some movie that appeared on the Scifi network back when it originally went by that name.
I don't remember the movie but I believe it was about a team of ghost hunters visiting this abandoned hospital, orphanage, whatever the hell it was and it was haunted by a little girl ghost with blonde hair. She asked the ghost hunters "Can you help me?"
I also remember from that movie there being a spiral staircase that climbed up to Heaven and a bunch of ghost children ascended it and a bright light flashed as the kids reached the top.
