Omega Zero MK II: Hell yes there is.
... Not really, but most people pair her with Elpizo if their ZeroxIris fans... Since Elpizo is dead and theres pretty much nobody else, let alone the fact that ElpizoxCiel would be pretty damn creepy. Overall, Omega Zero MK II is pretty much the best one for Ciel... Otherwise, from the look of the ZX series, Ciel pretty much died unloved.
