Here are some stuff i noticed :
the ear is in the middle of the width of the face
the mouth is kinda closer to the nose than to the chin..
Eyebrows are on the same level as the top of the ear, the bottom of the nose is on the same level as the bottom of the ear (approximately ofc)
the overall profile follows an almost line, more like a really soft curveΒ
I recommend you try to draw over photos (portraits) or other artists' works to try and understand how they place the features (mostly just circles and lines over the faces y'know ?)
