So guys, a one of Desmond's friends. I'm planning on enrolling him to Alice-Academia in the future.

Speed of the teleportation varies, depending on the distance. Shorter distance teleportation is almost instant, while longer distances will take seconds and even minutes. Objects and other matter can also be teleported along with the subject, with time also depending on the size of the object; large objects will take minutes to teleport. When teleporting, he materializes into a puff of black smoke.
-Limb Teleportation: Allows him to move and pose his arms, legs, and entire body into another position without traversing the physical space. Due to this, he is able to deliver a rapid-fire of punches on a target with minimal effort.

Personality
-Blair is a sweet young boy who just loves to explore. He likes seeing new things, travel to new places, and is pretty much adventurous in nature. This was caused by his childhood, in which he was born with no forelegs and feet, and has spent his entire life in a wheelchair. He is very bold and sociable, being able to strike conversations with a smile. Sometimes, he considers his acquaintances as friends, despite the other person seeing differently. He is also very independent, and with his abilities, he likes to deal with problems himself, though this doesn’t mean he’s not cooperative.
-On the downside, Blair is a bit flirtatious and playful, particularly towards his more attractive friends, male or female. His common target is usually Desmond. He likes to setup boys and girls and turn them into couples, going so far to say “I ship them!”. Also, sometimes, he can become a bit perverted, especially towards big-breasted females.
-On the even MORE downside, Blair is very violent, leaving no openings towards his enemies. He inflicts pain to where it hurts the most, evident by how he once plucked out the eyeball of his opponent. If one of his friends/family is in danger, he will not hesitate to do whatever means to save them, even if it includes killing people.
Blair doesn’t seem to mind being girly or people having their first impressions on him, in-fact, he likes being called pretty or cute. He also seems to enjoy drawing, a hobby that he shares with Desmond.

-Blair was born with congenital amputation, and has no forelegs and feet. He spent 8 years confined in a wheelchair.
-At the age of 6, he discovered his Teleportation Alice, and with this ability, he uses it to relocate from place to place without the use of a wheel chair. His parents were shocked by this discovery, but decided to accept him despite this.
-At age 8, he has his first set of prosthesis, and has practiced walking with it. 1 year later, he can now walk, sit, and jog.
-When he reached 10-years-old, Scarlet Island discovered him, and they take him to the facility where Desmond is also situated. That’s when he met Desmond and several more kids, leading to the formation of the Savages.

[ Additional ]
-Swedish people are usually very tall, with a male’s average height being 5’10” (as an adult though). He likely suffers from Idiopathic short stature.
----Due to this, he is considered the shortest member in his family.
-He can only teleport through places that is visible to him; he cannot teleport through walls unless he sees an opening such as windows or gaping holes.
-He can speak Swedish, English, and Japanese.
-After four years of training, he defeated his Krav Maga master.
