Description
This is my entry for DeviantArt’s artvatar challenge. I pulled many things from many sources to make this character. The artvatar here is a Creator Deity 👼(because I like mythology), and I also included stuff from classical art like Michelangelo’s David, catholic paintings, and the overall aesthetic of the renaissance. I have gone with the creator deity route because I want the halo to be in a shape of a tablet (with the middle punched out) and the staff to be a digital pen. I was going to add the brand name to it but If I remembered right It was not allowed? and this was made in two days. I have known about the challenge since February 12 but I did not do anything until yesterday (because I am a procrastinator ✨). Yesterday I did the conceptualizing, thumbnailing, and the lineart, and today I did the coloring. It was very experimental because I still do not have a grasp on somethings in coloring an artwork. 🐉⚡️
