taken near KlipitztΓΆrl Austria with a Nikon 1V1 and a custom mixed spectrum filter. Only did some minor contrast adjustments, colour and hue straight out of cam.Related content

really? My v1 is really sharp the 10-30 is better than all DX lenses on the 550nm D3100 and the 11-27,5 that I got recently is even better. I do feel the lack of resolution though. 10mpx is not enough, thats why I only shoot panoramas. Please tell me how the V2 performs as soon as you got it!

on another note: are you saying these pics of yours are composites of more than one frame? that is really amazing!

Yes, well this one is an exeption, because it was only meant as a test shot and turned out better than expected.
But almost all others are composites with about 100 - 200mpx. I do that to deal with the problem of chromatic aberations and corner sharpness in 550nm.

thanks! my V1 conversion may not have been state-of-the-art. i'll look out for the 11-27.5 lens, they can be had really cheap nowadays, with the CX system (almost) dead. cheers!
