OMG BUNNIES they're so white and cute and I want to snuggle theeeemmmmm (by the way I'm tiiiiiiireeedd) And because she is the 2 level of the mountain there is just sky for background, and some cloudies at the top. she is next to light. umm, the random parts of random wings are explained below, everything is explained below...... the meaning of LIFE is explained BELOW! nahh, not really, sorry. erm, I mean, its 7!

yeah, this is copy and paste ---v

this is a series (another one, I know, right? just wait, I have.....3 or 4 up my sleeves, waiting to be splashed on some paper), I guess we can call this one the 'Mountain Series', because quite literally they are all on a mountain.

This was a Christmas present for , and there are two versions: a colored, and a black and white. Unfortunately, the colored will not be coming up, because he is too selfish and doesnt want others to see. but I think what I'll do is put up a photograph of the finished thing, and not let you full view it, so it will give you guys an idea and not break my fragile little dragon's heart.

SO, this is a big project of 8, and I will describe it you ya'll as best as I can before you can see the FINISHED finished piece: I took a bunch of computer paper and stacked them up 1, a row of 2, another row of 2, and the bottom is a row of 3 (equals 8!) aand sketched out one big mountain. then, I took them all apart and on each individual one I drew a different dragon, and a different part of the mountain. so that is what you will see on here: the different pieces, but they all form one big picture

I'll put the whole one up as well, but it wont be very good quality- it is too big to scan, afterall, so it woll be a picture maybe I'll put me next to it so ya'll can see me

OMG so I'm dyyyyiiinggg to get the finished one up here gaahhhh!! and I've been to cor's house like three times and I keep on forgetting to take a picture of the behemoth!!! gaaahhhhh its so frustrating grr

SO this is Stalking Shadow!! ain't she a beauty? (everytime I say that I think of Cid! )
She is the living dragon, the nature-loving-tree-hugging-dont-you-dare-catch-that-forest-on-fire dragon. So she is drawn on the pretty meadow-like side of the mountain, with grasses and flowers and OMG AREN"T THOSE THE CUTEST LIL BUNNY RABBITS YOU HAVE EVER SEEN IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE?!?! yuuuuuusssss they are Anyway, she's emereld green, and she has... lets say a 'not normal' look to her. The norm for a dragon's wings is to be darkest at the base of the back, and slowly fade lighter as you get to the tip of the bones, and the membrane actual 'wing part' is lightest (the inside) for thats what it is, a membrane, so the color shows through but it is not as solid so the color is not darker... anyway, Stalking Shadow is not like that. Her wings are lightest at the base of her back, and slowly fade darker until the tips are the darkest, almost a green-black. And she has human-like hands. No claws. Small spikes go down her back, and there are three on the end of her tail. Like that one dinosaur...grrr what are they called, you know Sarah from the Land Before Time? like that. Annnnnddd she is a dark side, and we have gotton to the upper right hand side of the present; she is next to light. Fire goes on top! (the best ) and because of her placement she gets to have other dragons taking up her portion: that's a tiny part of Poisoned Horn's wing (light) on the right of the drawing, and that's about of 1/3 of Riptar breaking Rock's wing (earth; he's beneath her...if you can't tell either of those things!!)

I really love those bunnies
they're right underneath her arm if you can't find them. I can totally see some of you being all like OMG YOU'RE CRAZY I DUN SEE ANY WABBITS D<

And I was having so many problems getting her to lay right... I'm so used to drawing them walking or at least standing up- the position I wanted totally threw me off.
let me use her clay dragon's pose [link] (thank you again! ) it ooks a lot like hers...but I did change some things around, an once ya'll see it colored it will look a lot more like a than a genetically altered baby than a stolen baby
A bit about Stalking Shadow:
I know, her name is surprising, being the environmentalist and all. I think dark when I see her name, but I have to say to myself nooooo she's the living one She's very loud, but kind of disturbing. She likes to play tricks and to get out of doing wooorrkk. And she's kind of crazy. Her least favorite place is a volcano- she likes to be in caves (it's easier to use magic there- has walls and ceiling) and in her caves each room is different. Like, ones underwater, one looks like on top of a mountain, one a jungle, one a desert... and she LOVES pets. omg she loves them. Her caves are like a zoo- the reason for the different settings are yes, her anjoyment, but also to give her pets their own natural environment. When she sees one she likes she takes them, but she doesn't like to make them sad so she recreates their homes. She usually lets them go back after a year or so, but I'm not sure if any really did because after being in a company of a dragon for so long you get used to them, and you don't want to make them sad... and their leaving you would just shatter their heart. She was the third one to enter the group. Her treasure? Yep, you guessed it: pets

ohhhhh yesyes the mountain dragons and the idea itself and my art is copyright me! the idea is very different and I'd like it to stay mine, please. the dragons story's belong to themselves...
