This one is fantastic. Quite honestly, i like the "stars" in her hair. Pretty shiny. The shading's awesome, and the overall design looks quite similar to yours (most likely because of that white squirrel (?) on her tail). By the way, is she supposed to be a blank flank or did you forget her cutie mark?

Its a pale yellow. Its there, but near impossible to see unless blown up several times.
