Description
So, Halloween's coming up, and I really wanted to draw something kinda creepy, or something. So, I just settled for drawing Mei from Another. And, I got something in for Inktober after all! Well, kind of. I'm not really doing the whole challenge, but...whatever. My sister helped a little with the inking since it was a bit of a rush.
