I started this pic with a different context but it ended like this.
Izzet is giving to Vitreo some repetitions of Patronus since it seems that Vitreo is not able to find his happy place in order to creates his own Patronus.
Izzet is a Ravenclaw and a Prefect, he's smart and apparently he has a soft spot for Vitreo his Patronus is a finch.
