The day a dragon returned part 6

I flew up as fast as I could just as my sister comes out. She is looking up at me wide eyed and speechless, I wave at her small form, then fly away wondering what mischief I could get in too. I was flying over the town when I spotted some of the kids from school walking down the street. I silently land behind them and get close, when my head is close to their ears I snort loudly causing them to literally jump two feet in the air and turn around their faces send me into uncontrollable laughter which sounded like nothing from this world by the time I stop they are now looking at me in wonder and just slightly scared which I must say is better than panic, then I jump into the air making them gasp as I went to look for my next victim. After about a hour I was tired of scaring people so I went to the park for a nap in a sunny area among the trees.

I don't know how long I slept but I was awoken by a quivering hand touching my shoulder. I looked back and found a kid from school named Daniel looking in my eyes and shaking like a leaf, I could see his friends behind him, they no doubt dared him to touch me. (Haven't they ever learned not to wake up a sleeping dragon) I thought. Shit you woke it up yells Casey and all the other boys except Daniel run because Daniel faints. (What do I do with him) I think as I grab his shirt collar in my mouth and drag him to the creek. I think about throwing him in the water but settled for splashing his face with water, he would be less wet that way, he wakes up and gasps when he sees me, I on the other hand just walk away because it's now time I go home. I make it home in about 20 minutes and land in the back yard, when I go inside my mom is there looking at me with a face that could freeze blood (oh great) I thought as she starts telling me off. She says how dangerous it is, and you didn't tell me, pretty much the whole kitten caboodle, it was hard to say any thing when she is ranting, not that I could which made it easier for her. When she was done she told me to go to my room and I did just that not wanting to make her any angrier.

In my room I grab my phone and play some soothing Minecraft music without putting a hole in it and just lay on my bed after a while I hear my mom down stairs say it's dangerous for him to be outside, he needs to stay out of sight he could get hurt by someone out there I just don't know what to do with him anymore he's just not human. (Just not human) I repeated in my head as I fall asleep.
