Alone where the sound of only the gulls and ocean could be heard Elessia walked
her hair the colour of nights deepest shadows was caught in the wind
dancing with her flowing gown,
it seemed to undulate and pulse with the rhythm of the ocean and all else beneath the still sky
I followed as a child lost
her glance strong and clear brought me closer to her as if by instinct itself
she called out to me - I didn't hesitate to respond in silence - she heard everything,
in the narrow search of life I have found her
she who knows my deepest self
she who has touched my deepest core yet not the surface of my body
when i cast aside the mirror of self judgment I see her purity so clear it lingers before the thought returns
the world from which she comes is a wholeness so complete
it is finished before even beginning
