Why do I suck with titles??...hmmm after much thought I decided to go ahead and finish the blue one but changed the color of the wings. This has a companion piece (made in a similar style but the subject's a girl) but I haven't finished coloring it yet.

wow... pretty. I placed this one on my faves. I like how the wings are slender and extend outward before bowing in. It alllows a viewer to see his full form and the wondering expression on his face (hopefully it was meant to be wondering or wistful because that is what I took it to be). The only thing I don't like about it is that the column of light looks like a mountain or a solid mass at its base that it slowly breaking apart at the top instead of single units floating up and apart from each other. but other than that minute detail I personnally love it.

can i make a criticism? the shading is kind of really light. i know its suppose to be cell shading and the light source is really there, like you can actually see it, but i think this would look a little more defined with some deeper shading on the skin. wow im a crit freak. love the feel of the piece though. okay you can yell at me now.

this is absolutly beautiful i love how the light seem to come off of him and sores to the sky. lovely colouring and i really like how you made the glow across the water i cant wait to the picture that goes with this.
