Description So, that secret santa I joined? I ended up adopting someone's character (they hadn't gotten their half in the SS yet), and got the chance to draw *p0rcelainbombshelL 's GORGEOUS Syvraei! Sosohappy. <3

EEEEE I LOVE IT. I love your style of coloring and drawing. I especially like the white accents you have that outline things on her body and even have little swirlies here and there! The way you handled the tail is AMAZING as well! SEE THROUGH YAY. Excellent job my dear! DDDDD :iconyayzplz*

I was super unsure as to how to do the insubstantial tail bit there, but I'm glad you like how it turned out.

There were so many little things on her ref that helped loads, though. X3 Like the way there's a liiiittle bit of blue-edged membrane there where her back leg connects to the rest of her body, for one.

I'm glad you like it! Syvraei was a joy to draw.

You did really well! It honestly doesn't matter that much, because she's a shapeshifter. BEST EXCUSE EVER FOR A CHARACTER 8D

I KNOW, RIGHT. My dragon personification used to be a shapeshifter (cat+fox+dragon, I think) but I gave it up after a while, seeing as I could only draw the dragon. >_> But. Shapeshifters are awesome because no matter what you draw, you can draw them in any form. |D Options, yesyes.

VERY much so! Part of the reson why she was a shapeshifter originally, I liked the idea of her changing forms if need be.

eeeeEEEEEEEEP OMG LOOK AT THIS. omg do you see how pretty this is DO YOU???? omg this is AMAZING! Ugh the way you color things NEVER stops blowing me away mhm. I love the gorgeous lineless style and how varied and natural those markings look WOW. I just keep staring at that gorgeous gorgeous neck. Omg the squishy bright way you color is PERFECT for her omg I love this SO SO SO MUCH omfg. Plus omg that POSE it's so playful and awesome and AMAZING. She's like SNOWFLAKE 8D. SPEAKING OF WHICH the snow is really neat! It's kind of stylized and decorative and it's just *glorious* omfg. This is JUST stunning UGH I can't take it THANK YOU so much ugh. I do see how pretty it is. Heeee. I'm really quite happy with it; bit unsure of, okay, a lot of things when I first started coloring the piece, but I think it turned out pretty well and I'm rather proud of the finished image.

I was a bit hesitant with the snow, tbh. XD I went in one direction with it for a while... then another... then switched back, yadda yadda yadda.

She's actually quite peaceful, from what I understand.
