It's yet another crappy phone photo but it's done!!!!!it's Gerard Way's twitter picture, i absolutely love it so much... now to find a place for it...
critiques are welcome as this is my third painting in oils and I'm still learning

This is amazing. Perhaps in future, use lighter colours to line the eyes to blend in the edges so they're not so harsh (unless the eyeliner-effect was intentional!) but your shading and use of colour everywhere else is fantastic!!! I love the texture of his hair too, it looks so real!

thanks and yeah in the picture i was referencing the contrast is so high that his eyelashes make that sort of eyeliner effect....

This is actually pretty damn good.
I like how you got the angle of his face right, cause that's often a problem when drawing/sketching someone.
Also you got the colors right.
