I really like this rendition of Megatwo X. I like how its tail appears slightly longer and its legs look slightly more in proportion compared to its body. Great work!

I've never seen almost ANYONE mention the subtle underlying designs to Mega Mewtwo X and Y:
1. Β Eye color...Mega Mewtwo's eyes are red, rather like its version color and X's are blue, like X's version color.
2. Β Body shape. Β They are made to suggest the letters of the versions to which they come from. Β There's a reason for the long "ponytail" on Mewtwo's head in the Y version, along with those sharp spiky "ears"! Β Mewtwo X is meant to have a subtle similarity to the letter X of its version.

Great observations! I wish I had observed Mega Mewtwo Y's eyes to see the underlying clue what begets what. If I had taken to heart those red eyes I would have guessed that it was version exclusive. This is the second time Gamefreak hid the answer to their plan to a game IN PLAIN SIGHT that I had missed and felt really stupid when I missed it. The last time was that silhouette of Tornadus Therian Forme in the preview images for Pokemon Dream Radar. I seriously need to make a laminated message that says, "Look at everything and find any clue you can for the future of something!"

I didn't know that mewtwo would have 2 different forms until I saw a guy on youtube talk about it- how mewtwo y didn't make too much sense. but I'm really excited for mega absol though, and mega kangaskhan.

It was only revealed a about a week ago, so it's still very new information. (: Mega Absol looks so cool, I really like Mega Blaziken too.

yeah, they all look cool. I hope they add more- ex: mega dragonite, zoroark, and a few of the more non evolutionary, and pokemon that really need that evolution design.

I wasn't thrilled with Y either, but I've never been one to rain on the parade of people that like things (I love digivolutions Mega Evolutions and a lot of my friends don't XD) but Mewtwo X made me very happy and convinced me I'd made the right choice in X 8D
