The morph is LilBit G4 of Rebelmommy back at DAZ. I just tunned down the G4 head to 0.15 (I think). It also uses G4 expressions, but can't remember which.
Textures are Aiko4 Isa (DAZ) and the eyes are V4Nature Eyes free at sharecg.
I rarely create custom morphs, but I never use morphs out of the bow neither
