Notes: Popplio is the Sea-Lion Pokémon. Sea-Lions are "called" dogs of the sea too, and I realized that Popplio reminds me of my actual dog. So why not use it in his concept? I think it's clever and original. Also, it's based on a Strongman (Fighting Type).

I like you carried over the dog concept, although the legs and paws on the last evo look kind of jarring. The last one looks rather dull compared to the mid-evo you designed. It might be the structure of the fakemon, but the last evo really does look out of place.
On another note, I really hope Popplio becomes a water/fairy Pokemon! water/fighting just seems to menacing for Popplio imo X'D
