This is probably one of my favorite moments in Culstuck so far. Beautiful illustration--I agree on the lighting. I also adore the staging here--it's appropriately dramatic and focused, composition is great. One of the things I love about the way you draw these characters is how appropriately child-like you make them appear. ^w^

Thanks a lot! I grew up watching a lot of anime with improbably-aged characters, so by comparison the Homestuck characters are totally their age and it's hard not to mentally picture them as such.
