6 shiny metallic gradients for GIMP
The gradients come in a zip folder, so unpack the files, then install them here: C/Programms/Gimp2.0/share/gimp2.0/gradients
The files are all .ggr files
Have fun! n__n
In case you get an empty file:
If the .zip file is empty after you unpacked it, please try downloading again! If the problem still remains, send me a note with your email address and I'll send you the brushes unzipped by mail. As to why this may occur: I don't know 
I tried every way possible (windows and mac) and the brushes were always there, so if it upsets you, send a note to DA and complain about the issue there please. I would be happy if they could fix that bug.

Thanks for the word play. And do check out the ethnic cleansing that happened to the Acadiens in Nova Scotia in 1755. Longfellow wrote a poem about it. Take a look at it -"Evangeline." My family's name is fictionally mentioned in it and I did descend from RenΓ© Le Blanc - you might be inspired.

FWIW - I downloaded the file under Windows 7 and got the .zip. I double clicked on it to open and it showed no contents. Downloaded again, same result.
I then opened the same downloaded file with 7-zip (free zip file program) and there they were!

O.O that's strange! Normally it's a dA bug if the zip file is empty, but great it worked!

Yes, I know, one some days dA gives out only empty files or no downloads at all. Just send me a mail to GimpTutorials@gmx.de and let me know which files you want. Or try downloading the gradients tomorrow, maybe it'll work then

They look cool, but I got an error when I tried to download them... "Windows cannot complete the extraction" The zippered folder was empty when I oppened it...
