This brings to mind the famous 31st issue of Marvel's "What If?" Title, called "What if Wolverine had Killed the Hulk?" el-gallo, your work must be awesome if it can inspire people to argue their case as to who the actual winner would be. Hats off to you for a great piece. Without artists like you, nerdy fans like us wouldn't have anything to argue about!

Wolverine is my absolute favourite of the favourites in Marvel, but I HAAATTEE the Hulk. I don't even consider him a 'hero'.>:C

One day you'll realize that the idea of everyone "HATING" the Hulk because HE AM MONSTER!!! is the entire point of his character, and that anyone who gets to know him actually befriends him and the rest are seen as ignorant, hateful and prejudiced. You'll realize that he is one of the original AVENGERS and is friends with all of them, including Captain America, the most morally upright of all the super heroes. You'll realize that Dr. Banner is one of the smartest characters in Marvel, and one of the most kind-hearted. You'll realize that just about every time Hulk gets pissed it's either because cocky fucks like Wolverine bully Banner (like in the animated movie) even though Banner tells them to leave him alone, or because someone attacks either him or one of his friends. Then you might think he is a hero. Or, when you watch The Avengers movie and Hulk saves everyone, you might become a Hulk fan like a ton of other people.

Okay, all of your arguments are very much valid and I do know most of all of that[that he's smart, means good, etc].
I tend to jump the gun when it comes to superheros..
I don't like many superheros actually..and the of superheros I don't like most of them are also in The Avengers../:
I seem to dislike them for very dumb reasons but they're still very valid reasons in my eyes.
I own many comic books[handed down to me from my father] but I don't think I have many/any Hulk centered ones..but I have seen the movies and I don't favour him much at all..:c
And hm, I didn't know about the sending to space thing...but Ironman's a huuge asshole in my eyes...I couldn't even sit through his movies..xD

OK discussions between who would win aside, this painting is awesome but Wolverine's left hand doesn't look very violent, more of like he's just resting it softly against Hulk's chest/lower neck. ANGRY! Yet soft...

While I agree Wolverine though a fan fave, is a kick-ass and deep character, this doesn't mean he can kick everyone's asses. There is no way under any sensible situation (and yes I realize these are fictional characters), he is beating the hulk. Nice pic though. Though Hulk should be ripping Wolvies body in half... Again!

Has he ever had straight claws in any canon? In MvC3, they're curved. In Madhouse, they're curved. In XMen animated series, they're definitely curved. Anywhere else?

I never understood why none of the super strong bad guys didn't just rip his arms off. Sure his bones can't be broken, but the joints can still be separated.
