anyway, i always love the originality of your outfits~ the frills look really nice! even the outlining of the yellows and her shoes!
one thing though, you should try to keep some consistency with your style. like there's outlining on her outfit and body and the flowers, but none on her hair. but this is a really nice work! i love how you experimented with the background with various elements. ^^
