Here's some doodles of some of the characters from my upcoming project. Left to right we have Abereth, Lhiya, Ebb, and Gram. Feel free to ask me any questions about them or the setting!Related content

The faces that are shaded in. What did you use? I'm just starting out and am still unfamiliar with the tools of the trade.

Is this the same world as Ister S+S? I am also curious about these 4 racially. I know that you have done crazy things with races in your worlds in the past and was curious what the races for these guys are. Obviously Gram and Lhiya are not remotely human (Lhiya seems to be some sort of Elvish but again i get the sense that you are shying away from traditional fantasy races on this) but are your other two human?
This also leads us into the ever popular culture discuss and how even if Abereth and Ebb are human they appear to be different culturally. What are those cultures? Is there a earth-world analog for them or are you trying to make it as different as possible? As always, impressive work.

Indeed it is! 
The main difference in culture between Aby and Ebb is what part of the city they grew up in. Aby is from the outskirts; she's kind of a farm girl. Ebb is from the city proper, from a moderately well-off family. They have more or less the same cultural touchstones though. Of course, you'll learn more about them later.

Nice to see some new characters too. Lhiya and Ebb are welcome additions! And that has to be the daintiest way to eat a chicken leg ever.
As for a question, what are these guys roles in your story? Story wise what are they there for? (if you don't want to divulge too much info I understand)

Thanks man! Lhiya's been around for quite a while actually, and this is the setting she's originally from, so YAY!
As far as like... fantasy game archetypes go, Aby is kind of a jack of all trades (although she starts out as a jack of none

Well it all sounds pretty good to me. I am always excited to see things from you. Your art style and ideas always seem to be pretty top notch.
I wouldn't have guessed Lhiya as a healer. She looks so much more like she fights all the time.
