awesome photo. May I ask how you were able to get this photo? And how long did it take for you to get this picture just right? This is a very unique idea. It almost looks too real! (in a good way)

I've put backstage photos links to artist's comment, you can look from there. Whole shooting session took about 1 hour i think.
Many thanks.

May I ask what you find burns best and also if you move the smoke artificially in some way (i.e. move the "stick") or is it just random turbulence?

I used incense and it's great for making smoke. First i tried to give it a shape by using a hairdryer or twirling stick etc. but they didn't work. They just scattered the smoke more. I waited and just pressed, it's random.

Hey, great picture. I tried myself at a smoke picture and it was pretty hard to place the flashlights "correctly". May I ask where you placed the flash in this picture?

I can't believe what I'm seeing...I've spent almost an hour yesterday trying to do something like that...And no way!!!! I thought it was impossible to focus the smoke hahaha then I thougt that the problem was the lighting...a reading lamp and a floor lamp hahahaha not enough...and now YOU DO THAT!!! HAHAHA Your camera is the same as mine...please, tell me more about the lighting...only the two flashes?Pleaseeeeeeeeee!!!
