angry love? interesting method of showing how mad and angry would be... Also, I don't understand the heart there, but i could put it like, "Angry with love" "Crazy in love" or "Mad in love" or... just go crazy

The heart's just there for no apparent reason really- it's just a standard symbol of the sort of thing these girly clique types are into. It was either that or a flower. Although it kind of hints at teens being pressured into sexual relationships early, so, well, take what you will from it.
