This is gorgeous, and your rendering is spot on. However, as a watercolor nut, I'll say that your layering process reminds me more of acrylic. Watercolor, (when used alone) uses transparent layers to build up darks, and leave the white spaces alone. However, your page is not white. So the eagle, if you're trying to mimic watercolors, wouldn't be white. That is really nitpicky though, and it doesn't detract from your piece, which is fantastic! Your unified light source and layering one on top of the other make this piece feel believable together.

Your note about the eagle and the paints is true
I've tried to make it more 'realistic' by not using white
but it just didn't look good , that's why I decided to paint it white
