Wow. Beware !
... That was my first impression, looking at the thumbnail.
I saw concrete and warning stripes in a powerfully evocative composition. With an abstrat, almost-2D touch, which is always nice.
Then, zooming in, I saw this tentative sprout of a plant. And so I thought: "there's still hope". Icarus-ica put it very well, when commenting "resistance" !
Technically, I find the composition satisfactory, but the develop settings, if there are any, a bit dull. I would boost this picture's contrast, colors, curves, and everything that can be boosted, within the limits of preserving textures.
(I would also adjust the white balance to offset a slight brownish cast... Though I can't speak authoritatively on this, watching it on an uncalibrated laptop monitor.)

I like the title, btw. Even thought don't understand it. It's like poetry: sometimes it's just damn good and you can't tell why.
