Initially I thought the same, but then I saw that the cloud streams
actually add to the composition in some respect. Their direction is
quite the opposite of the yellow wall´s ending , thus adding some
kind of dynamic
But without the clouds it would look more concise and clean.

I see what you mean! If they were more accentuated they would complement the whole angular composition, or if they were absent, it would be a cleaner shot. Excellent point
