If there's one thing that Vincent has, it's drive. Ever since he was small, Vincent has always been one to be the best he could possibly be. He wanted to be someone that people can trust and someone who can help others be the very best they can be too. This was his main drive to be a Pokemon trainer. Because of this, Vincent has always tried to be affable and caring toward others and their Pokemon. Vincent always looks for the good in others, even if they appear mean or insensitive. Vincent is also very loyal to his friends and it turn it makes him protective of those close to him. He gets great joy from watching his Pokemon grow strong and healthy, never scolding them if they lose in a battle or getting angry at them. Vincent's strong work ethic is his drive to work with his Pokemon day in and day out, trying to form strong bonds with each of them. This kindness also extends to other people, as he treasures those closest to him the most. However, he's not always sunshines and rainbows. History

Vincent was born in the Unova Region's Castelia City to Maximilian Steel and Verona Steel, both of whom made their living from running a very lucrative and incredibly successful gasoline company based in Unova. Ever since Vince was a child, he always loved to care for Pokemon and help them grow strong and healthy, as well as nurse them back to health if injured. Vince always lived comfortably and without need, but because of the company's ridiculous success, Vincent never really spent any time with either of his parents, although his parents tried their hardest to make time to be with him. However, there was someone that Vincent spent most of his time with; his older brother. Vince's brother, Daryl was the one who raised Vince in their parents' stead. Both Vince and Daryl spent most of their time after school watching Pokemon Championships and pro battles on T.V, which brought about their dream to become Pokemon Trainers. Both brothers had their minds set...They were both gonna go on their own journey and become the very best (Like no one ever was). After a few years, Daryl departed from Unova to go on his journey across the world.

In the years before his journey, Vince obtained a Pokemon as a gift from his mother and family friend that was working at Kalos' very own Fossil Lab. Verona had overheard that Vince aspired to go on his own journey, so she decided that she'd give Vince a reliable Pokemon, Tyrunt. What better Pokemon to accompany your own child on his journey than a prehistoric super predator? After a few weeks of waiting for the fossil to be resurrected Vincent finally obtained his newly born Tyrunt. Vince decided to name this Tyrunt "Spike", both becoming inseparable from that day on. Tyrunt immediately became a great family member, being more than just a pet or a partner. Tyrunt became more like a brother to Vince and all the Pokemon in the household. Vince decided that Tyrunt would be his main Pokemon on his journey to Isla Crescendo.

Finally, at the age of 21, Vincent left his home a with his Tyrunt and his father's trusty Typholsion to travel for an island known as "Isla Crescendo" that he had heard of a few months back. The post cards he saw showed clear waters, green hills, and tropical landscapes as far as the eye could see. It truly seemed like paradise, which was even better after learning there was a new Pokemon League to be established very soon! It was the perfect opportunity to test his mettle as a trainer and battle incredible trainers from around the world. On his long journey from Unova to Isla Crescendo, Vince stopped by a few regions for a short time, allowing him to obtain a menagerie of diverse Pokemon.

After arriving, Vince has taken up residence in Kala Mansi Town, where he will truly begin his journey as a Pokemon Trainer. As he continued his journey along the island, Vince has learned local remedies and food recipes for the development and health of his Pokemon to help in his secondary passion of being a Pokemon Breeder.

Spike was given to Vince as his first Pokemon in hopes that he could tame Spike and help him grow into a powerful Tyrantrum to lead the herd in the future. Vincent accepted this responsibility.

Unfortunately, this means that Zuko is rarely ever seen in his Pokeball, tending to stay by Vincent's side until instructed otherwise.

After catching it, Vincent noticed that Larvesta was very scared and cowardly in battle, so he decided to beef this bug right up, making it one of the most powerful on his team.

Obtained: Samehada was captured as a fully evolved Garchomp while Vince was ported at Sinnoh for a short time. He came across this Garchomp as he was hiking up a mountain. It took the combined effort of Vincent's whole team to finally bring this monster of a Pokemon down for capture. Even then it took several Ultra Balls. Samehada is hands-down Vincent's most poweful Pokemon, but she doesn't quite trust Vincent yet, so she often disobeys orders and fights on it's own instincts. However, Samehada is slowly starting to trust Vincent and form a bond. Every now and then, Vincent's Garchompite and Mega Stone begin to glow.

While in Kanto, he found a Slowpoke sunbathing ground near the beach (The most majestic thing ever, let me tell you) and decided to catch one for himself. After a long day at the beach, Pyscho-Hippo refused to leave the water, so Vince walked over and picked her right up from the water. He noticed that there was something stuck to Psycho's tail. A Shellder had bitten his precious Slowpoke's tail and made her evolve. No glowing, no big fuss, no epic music...Slowpoke was just suddenly a Slowbro.

He had stepped into Pangoro's territory and had taken some of it's fruit. After a long battle with an absolutely livid panda, Vince managed to suppress it and managed to capture it. He decided to name his new Pokemon "Jotaro" because of it's moodiness and overall aggressiveness.
