Description A weed, a spike, old nature's thorn
against the mountain brush,
choked between the wilted vines
ten thousand acres blush.

Resilient glory, bound in fight,
it reaches from its spine.
And breathes the sunlight rays anew,
a chance at life divine.

Yes, very beautiful. The depth of field is amazing and i love the sepia tone you used here. The composition is also once again very good and the focus is.... perfect.

Superb work Patrick

Sigit

Yes, a little different. I've been playing a lot with tones lately. And this is shot with my new 60mm, which you gave me advice on I also bought the 85mm, which should come next week. I wish you a fantastic week, my friend. And I don't think I've had the opportunity to say so yet (and it's a bit late now), but congrats on the monkey DD

85mm F1.4 or F1.8????

wow you have great tools now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eggwacker In reply to sigpras [2005-06-27 05:30:30 +0000 UTC]

1.8.

1.4 was too expensive.

I got it because I want to start focusing on taking more portraits. Next, I need to buy a bag

You need to move to LA, Sigit, so we can share lenses. And bring the monkey too

It is. Maybe one day I can get close to mastering it. In the meanwhile, I'll continue having a ball experimenting with this new lens. Hope you had a jolly weekend, Sean.
