Woah, I've actually never even heard of this character, to be honest 
But oh wow what a beautiful image! Honestly, it's fantastic! And same thing as last time, even if the background is half-assed, it nonetheless looks great! Really, this background just fits! By its half-assedness (if that's a real word, I'm done with all this 
And concerning the wings, heck, this shading looks good! I can imagine they're not easy to draw, however
Also the hair, so curvy and fluent... Dynamic, if you want

That's good to hear! Sometimes I feel the characters don't blend well with such blurry backgrounds, but maybe I could see it as a good thing too...
Thanks for complimenting the wings, the shading is exactly what makes them a pain to draw.. But I always like characters with wings so having to draw them is inevitable ;3;
And hair! Actually Ed taught me to draw dynamic hair while I was drawing that last Eliwood/Ninian picture, I should thank him for that

I want to! And maybe I even will pretty soon! My best friend maybe can get FE9&10 on her hacked Wii... So, even though this "maybe" is pretty big, there's a small ray of hope I can possibly play these games soon

Aaw that's amazing! I wish I had someone that close to me being able to teach me how to draw better... Because learning everything on your own is not that easy... I make the same mistakes over and over again without noticing most of the time, I wish I at least had someone to show these mistakes to me before I start lining and coloring and stuff... But well, I should stop crying a river here, I guess
