Description
Replacement for the water starter. For a while now I've been unsatisfied with the Feesh line since it essentially had nothing special about it, the design for the whole line was pretty plain. So I'm glad I'm basically starting from scratch. Plus this pretty much shows how much I've improved on my design, with Feesh now resembling more of a pixelated mess compared to this boi. Hope you guys enjoy this new line!

SCINCus (latin based version of skink)-sEA
Species: Black Tail Pokemon
Type: Water
Height: 1 Ft 4 In (16 In)
87.5% Male 12.5% Female
Abilities: Torrent, *HA-Steel Toe
Evolves into Riptile at level 16 then to ??? at level 36

Dex Entry 1
Though it's not very intimidating, it still starts scuffles with anything that invades it's territory.
Dex Entry 2
When two Scincea meet, they battle till one of them removes the other's tail. They grow back in a few hours.
Move Pool:
Tackle, Bubble, Tail Whip, Aqua Jet, Pursuit, Bide, Bite, Low Kick, (anything you recommend)

Defense:55
Sp.Atk:45
Sp.Def:55
Speed:45
Base Stat Total:310

*Steel Toe*
"Kick based moves do more damage."

-Based on the Eastern Water Skink and the Blue Tailed Skink.

-The tail and body are like if the blue tailed skink's tail and body switched colors (sorta).

-Stripes are reminiscent of ripples, back legs are half white like bandages.
