which sucks.
'cause i want that program so badly.

...and actually SAI *does* work on Win 7. My sister's using it with no issues. They probably just don't offer tech support for it on Win 7.

It basically means if you have an issue with SAI not working and you send them an email detailing the problem you're having, they probably won't respond because you're using Win 7. Usually it works the other way around; they won't support older operating systems and such. But yeah, that's basically what it means.

The tree looks too much like a brown stick in the ground with a big, green puffball for leaves, but you did shade the tree's shadow pretty good. Not bad, not bad!

I can be the same with my poems and short stories. At some point I just decided to stop trying so hard. Its one of my major faults, I believe.

Childhood Adventure Time!
I like your coloring style, it fits the drawing style very well. And you did a great job on the shadowing under the tree. Any tips on doing that? Or just run with it?
As far as SAI, my friend who has windows 7 says he has no problems running it.

haha, i really kind of improvised on the shade. i used probably three layers or so; i duplicated it a few times and just used an eraser to make the light spots come through.
it was mostly just lots of tweaking with their opacities P:
