Sorry for the absence. I was sick for a few days. But I'm back now. I'm trying my best to catch up with the comic.

As for the shadows that talks and have Pokemon forms(like shadow Holly), they are called doppelgangers. Shadows born from hearts of Pokemon with emotional trauma, suppressed emotions. Will pursue the Pokemon until it's either distorted or assimilated the Pokemon and become a full shadow. The Doppelganger has dark purple eyes and have an personally equivalent of the negative (or the unconscious/ suppressed part) side of the og Pokemon. Note, doppelganger can't be killed by conventional weapons and will always regenerate. The only way to defeat them is for the emotional wounds of the Pokemon to heal.More info about the lore and background are in the discord group rn. I might make a DS wiki someday.
