Nope this bird is a hawk. Falcons typically have what they call a tooth (just a notch in the beak). You can see what I mean in this photo: edgedfeather.deviantart.com/ar…

His chin and chest are such a pretty shade of white. I like that he's not really speckly or streaky. If he stays this white, he will be really pretty when he gets his adult dark eyes.

Yea, I was really happy about how pale his chest is. I am really hoping it stays pale when he gets all his adult feathers. Right now his chest is stained a weird reddish color thanks to the red colored dirt and mud we have here. This photo was back when I first got him, before he ruined he beautiful white feathers
