Warm and nice colors, but it seems a bit too untraditional to me.
I would like to see more white and red.
And what annoys me, is that there isn't border on the content part. I know, many stylish websites does'nt have borders, but here it feels somehow strange.
And these bold stripes beside the header are'nt very nice, if design is going to be put into HTML. Especially for larger resolutions.
All in all, i would give you 7 points out of 10.
It's not your best design, but it's relatively good too.

However.
All the major fonts.
Headers, and the Navigation looks kinda off to me.
Like, they're too chunky? or too skewed.
Not sure what's wrong, but they bother me.
