I like how this turned out. I like it more then the last one I did, much better even though this only took 2 hours as opposed to... say... 30 hours... I don't remember. The tails look funny, I know. The head looks funny, I know. Somethings about Ninetales I have had a hard time with getting right. Like the others, done with a mechanical pencil, kneaded eraser, and a tortillion on 3.5 x 5 inch paper.Ninetales (c) Pokemon Company

I think the Pokemon is spelled "Ninetales" ~ so it's misspelled anyway ^^

Well, the "tales" in Ninetales is a very important change to the name. If you read various Pokedex entries for this Pokemon, you can appreciate why "tales" is in the name.

Ninetales as you can read there, has many stories surrounding it, especially the wizard one. That is the importance of the spelling.

This is great! I don't think the head or tails look funny at all. I've always found Ninetales really hard to draw, so I'm really impressed with this. I think it's probably the best Ninetales sketch I've seen! Well done.

I guess I have to ask which tails are being refered to. I don't know what a foreground is. Anyways, it wasn't ment to be perfect. It's only a sketch. Thanx for that nice comment.

The foreground is the part of the picture that seems 'closest' to you. (sorry I'm not that good at describing these sort of things lol) The tails I was referring to were the ones in front of the Ninetales.

I'm sorry, but this has bugging me for a while, so I have to ask...what it a tortillion? Oh, goodness, I love how realistic it looks! Ninetales' tails are really hard to do realistically simply because animals don't normally have those many tails in the first place, but you made it make sense. I have to try hard to find flaws...some of the tails, especially the ones in the foreground look kind of sloppy and uneven, but otherwise, it's great. Even then, it's great! The face looks very much like a fox too. I like it!
