This is my entry in the "Similar, But Different" Game at manipulatethis.deviantart.com/…
I selected the deviation below by to recreate, because of the troubling mix of feelings carried by this picture.
I changed the eventual fear into a sensitive attraction because she doesn’t really looks scared but more curious wanting to touch and know more about this creature…
I added tears and a bright moon light to enhance the emotional aspect of a probably impossible love.
I didn’t use the grunge texture because i didn’t feel it necessary here.

Wow!This is definitely a different interpretation from mine! I wanted the danger to be hidden, the girl to be unaware; but you know, I love the fearless version you've created.
