my fav effect appearance-wise is probably medamaude 

i used to have yume nikki on my laptop
but then i deleted some files i thought were unused (y'know, the default rpgmaker battle monsters and talk sprites)
and apparently i must have deleted ones that were actually important because every time i tried to use an effect after that the game crashed
