Took my fin to the Colorado River this past week for our mini vacation. Of course, a bunch of kids came up and were amazed that they were meeting a real live mermaid. I even took a page out of Reina the Halifax mermaid's playbook and said I was really ticklish so every time they touched my fin I would giggle.

As to how THIS happened.... Well, he is a friend of the family and when a parent came over to ask that I not take my tail off in sight and ruin the magic for their daughters, Adam got roped into carrying me off to the car. I swear my face must have been as red as my fluke when he picked me up...
