That quote touches me so much!

Interesting artwork too. I'm still "digesting " it but it really intrigues me. The ocean steampunk theme , the hooks, the hugging the helmet, the look in his/her eyes, it's really interesting.

Don't you mean "Naval Intentions"...?Β

Nope! But that's a good comment, I can see why it might seem strange. The title is an abstract allegory for man, since we aren't birthed without our umbilical cords.

I feel like I could stare at this for a long, long time. I always love that about your illustrations. ;u; Gorgeous work, of especially love the lighting and the atmosphere of this one. This series in general always seems to have some of your best work, I always look forward to the next installment.

Haha the song was kinda short(compared to the other ones); so I added it too a playlist, and I'm still listing to itX) That first part was enrapturing and I started swaying with the hair- thenΒ  the dubstep kicked in and brought me back (it's so cool how the music brings me into the picture, your music is always seems to do that!).Β  The picture is so soft and sort of has that under sea nostalgia to it.Β  I'm really lovin' the feel of this series!

wow, very pretty and understated color scheme. I like the way you colored the kelp (or seaweed or whatever it is, I don't know my underwater plants haha)
