Wow this is beautiful. I love how you color and shade her tail. But mostly what caught up with my eyes is the background. The is just too perfect!

I think it might be a glitch with deviantART. I wasn't able to see the thumbnail or the compressed version, but when I clicked to enlarge the image it shows up for me with no issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
