im really suprised, this only took me one day.i guess i was in the zone :U
so i just finished the book 'Battle Royale' and it was so AMAZING that i was just... astonished.
so good <3
the book was about a group of students who were put on an island (hence the bg) and forced to kill each other until there was one survivor. and so this is supposed to be Kazuo Kiriyama, my favorite character. he killed almost everyone there, and seemed indestructible toward the end. IT WAS EPIC.
but in the movie he looked like some psycho, so i drew him somewhat normal.
hes supposed to look japonese /fail
i highly recommend the book <3
done in acrylics.
now on to my to-do list~

Your ocean T^T it kicks so much ass. The green hues was PERFECT. Also, the foliage up on top, looks excellent as well as the rocks! DAMN BRA. I thought I was somewhat okay at landscape :S
The character also looks great, I really love how you did the clothes. Is that acrylics too?

I would also like to say, bravo on the island, it really captures the power and strength of waves, which i am in dear love with.
Now about Kazuo, I like how the blood splatters, and the clothes have wrinkles, which are AWESOME because it is so more realistic then when people don't. You even have the sew-lines on his jeans. You thought of everything (is that a collar around his neck?)

thank you so much! aha i dont enjoy cloring clothing folds, but i guess it pays off xD yes it is a collar, part of the book... they all wore collars so that the people in charge could tell if they were dead or not by monitoring their pulse. :U
