It's actually in the hotel where Katsu was- the Gaylord National Resort in the National Harbor. There was this adorable little room off the atrium.

Not in this picture. My group had my )(female) friend dressed in a more feminine dress, and then we actually found a male Cloud in the screen-accurate dress at-con. It was hilarious.
