I just re-watched Bambi, and all the feels hit me like a speeding bullet train. The memories of drawing the characters, and listening to the soundtrack; man. Love the art.

This moment in his life had to come someday. When he was a fawn, growing up sounded real exciting. But now that he's finally grown up, which he knows is irreversible, he wishes he appreciated his childhood more. I'm only 22 but I know how he feels.
I really like his expression btw, although I can't tell if it's a smile or a sad expression. It's very subtle but complex. When you look at his mouth it looks like he's smiling, but his eyes look sad and tired.
